MORNINGS (1 hour):
9:00 - 9:15 AM ET: Social Conversation
9:15 - 10:15 AM ET: Practice includes sitting and optional walking meditation and tonglen (compassion) practice. You may enter and leave at any time
10:15 AM ET: Sessions generally conclude with more social conversation
One-hour meditation every day at 9 AM ET
EVENINGS (30 Minutes):
6:45 - 7:00 PM ET: Social Conversation
7:00 - 7:30 PM ET: Sitting Meditation Practice. You may enter and leave at any time
7:30 PM ET: Sessions generally conclude with more social conversation.If new to our online meditation group and would like meditation instruction, please attend the morning meditation or request a one-on-one meeting with a meditation instructor here.
30-minute evening meditation at 7 PM ET. If new to meditation, please join our morning meditation to request a guided meditation (or Tonglen instructions).

ADVANCED STUDIES: Our Ngöndro group is now meeting on Zoom to practice together twice each week on Wednesday and Saturday 7:00 - 9:00 AM Eastern Time. If you are practicing ngöndro (any of the four practices), you are welcome to join.
Please note: no meetings on major holidays.

MONTHLY STUDY GROUP (FULL MOON)
Sadhana of Mahamudra
Once per month; 7 - 8:30 PM. Join us to recite a Terma written by Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche. We begin with 30 minute evening meditation at 7 PM ET followed by a brief short presentation at 7:35 PM ET.
