9:00 - 9:15 AM ET: Zoom room opens

9:15 - 10:15 AM ET: Practice session. Opens with a guided start for sitting meditation and includes optional walking meditation and tonglen/compassion practice

10:15 AM ET: After practice, the room will stay open for brief social conversation

evening Meditation
Every Day, 30 Minutes

6:45 - 7:00 PM ET: Zoom room opens

7:00 - 7:30 PM ET: Practice session. Opens with a guided start for sitting meditation

7:30 PM ET: After practice, the room will stay open for brief social conversation

You may enter and leave at any time

Weekly STUDY and Discussion on Zoom

Join our ongoing series of weekly meetings where we study a section from the current reading. Group begins at 7:35 PM ET after the evening meditation is concluded

Discussion Group
Wednesdays, 7-9 PM ET

We will follow-up on the weekly class with an open discussion to reflect on our current practices, studies and experiences. Group begins at 7:35 PM ET after the evening meditation is concluded
